Prior to Jan. 11, 2024, Canada doesn’t currently offer apostilization, however, there exists an equivalent process, which takes three steps to make documents suitable for submission. On May 12, 2023 Canada signed The Hague Convention and the Apostille process will take effect on January 11, 2023.
